Turn in your student's measurements by Wednesday, July 30 to expedite uniform fittings
- Have a case of waters and a case of Gatorades on hand, ready to turn in. We'll let you know when we're ready to collect them.
FIRST DAY OF BAND CAMP: (Monday, July 28)

Turn in your completed VHSL physical form *signed by physician
- Drop off 1 large case of water bottles AND 1 large case of Gatorade
**EVERY DAY OF BAND CAMP: (July 28 - August 8)

Healthy snacks, LARGE refillable water jug (½ gallon+ is ideal, we work hard!)
- Sneakers with socks (no flips or Crocs)
- Hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, towel (to place your instrument during breaks)
- Instrument, music, drill charts (received on the 1st day)
